Eligibility for Diploma in Nautical Science (1 year) Course: The one year diploma in nautical science course consists of two semesters. The exams for which is conducted by IMU, Chennai.
The eligibility to join diploma in Nautical Science is that, the candidates required to have a pass in HSC (10+2) with 55% average in PCM or B.Sc in PCM or Electronics with Physicis as one of the subject with not less than 50% marks in the final year or BE/B.Tech by AICTE recongnized college. Also should have 50% in English subject either at 10th or 12th std.
The age limit to apply for Diploma in Nautical Science at Shirdi Sai Nautical Science Academy is between 17 to 25 years. Upper age limit of 5 years is relaxed for SC/ST candidates.
