Courses Offered and admission eligibility at Ranchi College of Veterinary Science & Animal Husbandry

The college offers Undergraduate, Post Graduate Programs, Diploma and Certificate courses as follows.

• B.V.Sc. & AH - 5 years duration including internship
• Post Graduate Programmes: M.V.Sc (2 years duration) and Ph.D (3 years duration)
• Diploma in Aquaculture - 1 year duration
• Certificate Course in Aquaculture - 3 months duration.

Eligibility for Undergraduate is students from Biology stream after 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Biology are eligible and the selection is through State Entrance Test and National Entrance Test conducted by JCECEB Jharkhand at State Level and V.C.I at national level respectively.

Eligibility for PG programmes is, the students with B.V.Sc & A.H. can apply for M.V.Sc & Ph.D programm as per University norms.
