Study MSc in Sports Business Management in UK 

The MSC Sport Business Management course is designed for students interested in developing the experience and skills required for careers in the growing sector of spectator and recreational sports. The course for this year will start from September 2014.

Eligibility for India GREAT Scholarship

• The applicant must be domiciled in India.
• The applicant must have achieved a minimum 2.1 or equivalent in your Honours degree and must meet the minimum course entry requirements. Please attach transcripts to scholarship applications.
• The applicant must have an unconditional/conditional offer to study full time MSC Sport Business Management at Sheffield Hallam University.
• The applicant must be enrolling on a one year full-time taught postgraduate course with Sheffield Hallam starting in the September 2014.
• The applicant must be self-funding his/her studies
• The applicant must have secured, or expect to achieve, a minimum of IELTS 6.0 (5.5 in all areas) or equivalent.
• The applicant must be able to pay any additional fees for course if required, for example field trips.

Selection and Award of India GREAT Scholarship:  

• Six students will be awarded a scholarship to study MSC Sport Business Management in Sheffield in the UK in September 2014.
• Candidates will be selected for scholarship award on merit basis.
• Each scholarship will be worth £3,750.
• The main aim of the India GREAT Scholarship Programme is to encourage excellent student candidates for higher education in Sports Business Management stream.
• A package of incentives is to be confirmed, but will include the opportunity to become an alumni ambassador back in your home country and/or a programme of events which aims to enhance your learning and social experience with fellow scholars
• Successful scholars will be expected to represent Sheffield Hallam University through various activities during the academic year and after graduation.
• The panel will be held after the closing date and applicants will be notified approximately one month after this date using the contact details on the course application.
